Calista Inspired can customize plaques in several sizes, shapes, and endless designs to create a beautiful memorial that can be displayed like art, and represents your wonderful pet.

Large Memorial Plaque $90

9 1/2" x 9 1/2" Square plaque. This size can hold approximately a 4x6 picture, pets name, dates, special saying, up to 5 colors, memorial piece surrounded by coordinating geode type stones.

Medium Memorial Plaque $75

7 3/4" x 7 3/4" Square plaque. This size can hold approximately a 4x4 picture, pets name, dates, special saying, up to 5 colors, memorial piece surrounded by coordinating geode type stones.

Small Memorial Plaque $50

5 3/4" x 5 3/4" Square plaque. This size can hold approximately a 2x3 picture, pets name, dates, special saying, up to 4 colors, memorial piece surrounded by coordinating geode type stones.

Memorial Piece

I offer a variety of different Memorial Pieces. I am able to add a small amount of your pets ashes to this part of your memorial. Some prefer the natural color of the ashes, and some prefer color added to coordinate with the plaques color scheme. I can work with you to create the best option for your design.

Please include an additional $30 if you would like to add your pets ashes to your keepsake.
If you would like ashes included, I will treat them with the utmost care and respect.
The amount of ashes that you would need to provide is approximately 2 tablespoons.
Any ashes that are not used will be carefully collected and returned to you with the finished product.
